We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery time and cost for your address are shown at checkout, and we send tracking by email once your order ships. Fill in the bracketed parts below with the real numbers from your supplier.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes about 7-15 business days after the order ships. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can happen.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time we gave you, we will email you with a new date. You can then accept the new date or cancel the order for a full refund. If we have not shipped within 30 days of your order, we cancel it and refund you.

Address errors

Please check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If a tracked package is lost, email us and we will help you find it, send a replacement or refund you.
